Home cooking is not just a Btec qualification, it's a life skill.  Every student who attends NESSSS will cook for themselves and others, learning how to plan, prepare and serve the food that will help provide them with a balanced diet in later life.  We integrate this curriculum into the school day and once per week, students are expected to prepare lunch for the staff and students on site.
