This offer is primarily for students who are struggling to access mainstream education due to SEMH vulnerability.  It is for those school refusers who are unable to access mainstream education.  The provision is designed to be short term in nature and partner schools provide programmes of study for the children who attend.  NESSSS will support with the EHCP application process and can help schools to coordinate with outside agencies and aim to return them to mainstream education or find specialist placements as quickly as possible.
